Repair Policy

Hassle Free Wireless provides a 20-day warranty on all completed repairs. This warranty covers only the part that was replaced and does not extend to any other components of your device. It does not cover additional physical or liquid damage that may occur during the warranty period. If the replaced part is found to be defective and has not been subjected to damage, we will replace it free of charge within the warranty period.

Electronics Warranty

At Hassle Free Wireless, customers are shown the full functionality of electronic devices prior to purchase. All electronics come with a 96-hour warranty from the time of purchase. This warranty does not cover physical damage, including broken screens or liquid damage.
If a covered issue arises, we will perform repairs at no cost. Battery runtime is not guaranteed; we only verify that the battery is functional. Customers may choose to upgrade to a new battery for $30.
All IMEIs in our electronics are guaranteed to remain unblocked, as our inventory is sourced directly from authorized vendors.
